Ramesh and Mary are the on-site coordinators at our Brooke Campus. Mary takes care of all the cleaning and cooking for all twenty-five children. This is a lot of work for one person and has caused Mary to be getting very little sleep. She wakes up around 5am to prepare breakfast and then helps the little children brush their hair, teeth, and get ready for the day. Following that, she must prepare all the children's lunches for school. She spends the day cleaning up the property and hand-washing all of our kids clothes. Once the children return from school she helps them study and prepares dinner. Mary has requested that we hire someone to help her out and bring that person out of poverty.
Papamma is a recent widow with no children in the area. She currently works in the fields which is extremely hazardous and hard on the body.
